Payment is nonrefundable if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.*Warranty Confirmation (low voltage) - By checking this box you understand and agree Full sized lights (high voltage) are covered under a 1 (one) year warranty. Facilities covered under a Jandy Program, the light warranty is 2 (two) years. Niche-less lights are covered under a 3 (three) year warranty. *
